The popularity of electric scooters in Turkey means that there eventually will be some trouble for pedestrians and other drivers. Therefore, Turkey's police decided to enforce the law for electric scooters as well and fine those who violate the traffic laws. 
How much is the fines?
If you ride the scooters on the sidewalk you are gonna be fined 314 Lira.
If you are under 15, or if you break other traffic laws, you'll be fined 144 Lira.
When on the scooters, you can not enter highways, sidewalks and go the wrong direction on the roads.
