    Turkey has its own flag and in it symbols are beautifully placed together and represent the beliefs of the people who live in this country.     According to the Turkish people, the moon in the flag of their country is a symbol of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the five-pointed star is a symbol of the five pillars of Islam.
