The notary fees for 2023 has increased 100% in Turkey! I guess inflation is hitting the stamping document business as well.
So, what are the new fees of notary services in Turkey?
The fees related to real estate sales are now between 500 and 4000 TL.
The notary public fee for transactions per monetary regulation now ranges between 8.66 to 17.32 TL.
Will and foundation deed issuance fee is 391.91 to 783.82 TL.
Fee per transaction papers is now sitting at 7.42 TL.
Finally, fee for each written page is now 23.76 TL, which was previously 11.88 TL.
Well, i guess they have to generate revenue somehow, right?
