Remember the wildfires in the Marmaris region a while ago? ye me neither! Anyways, Istanbul's governor announced a 1 month limit to enter forests. This limitation is due to increased risks and dangers posed by increasing temperatures and human activity that may aggravate and case the risk of forest fires. 
The new restrictions will begin on July 5 and last till July 31. During this time, the designated spaces for picnics and natural parks will remain open for public access. However, having an open flame in these areas will be forbidden. This includes BBQs, using gas cylinders, hookahs or any other flammable or source of fire.
If you own a farm plot, or garden or an orchard, you should know that setting a fire to these fields in order to get rid of weeds and stuff is already banned.
Summer is a month to enjoy, and it can be enjoyed if we all stay responsible and don't burn down the planet.
