So, if you visit turkey, be sure to try the locally made chocolate and candy bars. However, you might find yourself confused with so many candy bars available for purchase. So, which ones should you buy?

This one might seem very similar to Nutella. This chocolate is available in both jars and tubs! Just like in the picture, they have these chocolate pastes in a small tube as well. Squeeze out and enjoy.

    Gofret
Gofret is a wafer candy bar, meaning it has layers of wafer and chocolate on top of each other. It is one of the best candy bars Turkey has to offer.

    Çokonat
This candy bar has hazelnut cream, walnuts and waffle layers. Be sure to give it a try.

    Dido
Dido is best described as a Turkish kitkat! You might be surprised to like it a bit bitter than kitkat tho!

    Albeni, Metro, and Coco Star
These are my personal favorites. I best describe them as a gooey chocolate bar. One is enough to fill me as if i had a whole meal!

    Biskrem
Biskrem is a cream-stuffed cookie. They are available in many flavors, these days. But the original is milk chocolate.
