    Quiet cities of Turkey to visit

    With the weather warming up, slowly but surely it will be tourist season in Turkey. So, if you dont want to tolerate crowds, or are tired of cities like Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya and Izmir, and want to try something new, this post is for you. So, here are the quiet cities of Turkey to visit in 2023.

    Akyaka, as its obvious from the low res picture i posted, is a paradise. It's calm and beautiful, has a unique architecture and has calm seas.

    Seferihisar is known as the calm city capital of Turkey. This lovely city is famous for its groves and fields. Also, this quiet lovely city has organic produce markets, so take advantage of that.

    This city is located in the western part of Turkey. It has lovely amazing natural water resources, clean seas and Greek style houses.

    Vize has almost everything: forests, lakes, history, waterfalls and beach. its only 1.5 hours from Istanbul and is perfect for a weekend getaway.

    This is a flooded city! yes, the Birecik Dam that was built in 2000 flooded this town in Urfa. It is famous for its cut stone structures.
