If you are a student in Turkey yourself, by law, your children have the right to education in Turkey as well. Turkey recognizes education as basic human right and therefor, has made it possible for children of students to have access to proper education as well.
If you, as a foreign students, have not obtained your foreigner's identification number, you can enroll your children in public schools as a "guest student". The education in Turkey's public schools are free, however, the language of instruction is Turkish.

Can you change from a guest student status to a normal student?
