The earthquake that hit Turkey was devastating. People lost their lives, families, lively hoods. Students also suffered since the schools closed and they fell behind compared to the rest of the nation. So, The education minister of Turkey has announced make-up classes for the students who were affected by the earthquake.

The make-up classes will be held between Aug. 1 and Sept. 1 2023. The school year of 2022-2023 will end as of June 16th. For the make-up classes, the material and documents will be printed out and provided for the students. The make up program will also be held in the new school year for 1 month. The teachers from all provinces will be utilized to help in these matters.

the minister also pointed out that considering the delays in the second semester due to the earthquakes, the required adjustments will be made for the students to complete their grade levels.
