By January 14th, a new rule will ban the owning of dangerous dog breeds such as Pit bulls to Japanese Tosa and Dogo Argentino.

This new law is a response to series of dog attacks across the country on children. After Jan 14th, owning these breeds will results in fines. Unfortunately, Some dog owners decided to abandon their dogs in the rural parts of their cities. This cruel abandonments could result in more dog attacks, an increase to wild dog population and creating a problem for the local wild life.
So, how about instead of releasing your animal in the wild, you do the responsible thing and put them down humanely?
