    Aşure, also known as Noah's Pudding, is kind of a religious dessert which is made on certain days of Muharram month. This dessert is made from pistachios, almonds, fruits and cereals. Sunni Muslims of Turkey make this on the 10th to 15th of Muharram because they believe on the 10th of Muharram, Noah's ark reached the shore. When they reached the shore, followers of Noah made this and distributed to everyone.
