With Covid restrictions starting to ease up, it might be nice to go to a nice movie or something. Here is a list of some of the best cinemas in Istanbul.
Atlas cinema
This cinema is in the historic Atlas mall which is located at istiklal street. This cinema has 3 different viewing rooms which seat 500, 130, and 58 people respectively.
Marmara forum cinema
This cinema offers 4D movies, which means the chairs will move based on the scenes of the movie! you might experience other effects such as water, wind, steam etc. based on the scene.
Last time I checked however, effects other than the moving chares were disabled due to covid!
Beyoğlu cinema
This cinema is one of the oldest cinemas in Istanbul and is located at beyoğlu neighborhood. This cinema can seat 300 viewers and is also used for proposes such as festivals, interviews, and work shops.
Profilo Cinema
Located in the Profilo mall in mecdiye köy neighborhood, this cinema can seat 760 people and have 7 different viewing rooms. This cinema also uses dolby atmos systems.
