Aidat, Aydat, Ayedat, doesn't matter how you spell it, it wont change what it is. Aidat is a maintenance fee that you have to pay every month for the upkeep of your house. Aidat is due whether you bought the place or not.

What do you get in return for paying Aidat?
This depends on where you live. Aidat money is spent on general maintenance of the place. from cleaning, to guarding, gardening etc.

This solely depends on where you live, and what amenities your building has. But, no matter what neighborhood or apartment you live in, the amount of Aidat is decided by the board of managers of your building known as Site Yƶnetimi.
