Istanbul Municipality (IBB) has made 4 of its museums free during Ramadan in 2023. Ramadan is a month of sharing , and i guess IBB is sharing this way.
The museums announced by IBB are free for kimlik holders after the Iftar, which is when Muslims break their fast after the sun set. After Iftar, the museums are free till 10 PM. So, you will have a few hours to visit them and enjoy.

• Panorama Historical Museum 1453

Panorama Historical Museum 1453 is one of the interesting and new museums in Istanbul, which tells the story of the fall of the Byzantine Empire and the conquest of Istanbul by the Ottomans. In 2005, eight painters got together to paint this museum and started painting on the walls inspired by the walls of Istanbul. Ten thousand pieces of paintings were drawn and arranged next to each other. This museum located in Istanbul-Topkapi, known as the 1453 Panorama History Museum, is one of the museums that you can visit for free this Ramadan.

The Sharfieh Reservoir, also called Theodosius Reservoir, is said to be one of the three main reservoirs of Constantinople and is actually the smallest of them, and it is one of the 1600-year-old Byzantine period reservoirs located in Fatih, a historical peninsula.
